We are looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to execute email campaigns, campaign landing pages, forms and automated campaigns, which include managing email, form and landing page production (in conjunction with web development team), test design, quality and reporting.

Setup dynamic and automated email content logic for daily emails. Define technical and creative requirements;
Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers, and re-engaging active and inactive customers;
Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends;
Working on several products/services at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
Collaborating with members of the team for performing activity as well as daily maintenance tasks related to e-mail content;
Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the management;
Manage and maintain data-based and action-based ongoing automated campaigns across all direct verticals;
Develop and execute a robust plan for testing, analyzing, and managing performance to increase KPIs;
Regularly perform A/B tests on segmentation, subject lines, copy, offers and layout to drive improved results;
Ensure mobile/cross-device consistency of all direct communications through usability testing and assessment;
Periodically present and report to marketing executives on campaigns and initiatives;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager;

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
HTML & CSS knowledge; (not required, represents a plus)
Photo editing skills (not required, represents a plus)
Proficiency in English;

At ease managing multiple projects with tight deadlines;
Detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and organized;
Skilled in copyediting and proofreading;
