Experience: 5 to 6 years in Digital / E-Commerce

Work with the key Regions and Countries to define the e-commerce offer suitable to their market, product line up and local commercial challenges.
Define the Offer: What is the product / service to sell
Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, country business priorities and e-commerce potential.
Segmentation and targeting of business and customers
Undertake Market intelligence studies and barometers to get a deep understanding of the local market
Interview of key persons from impacted businesses (in the Country, Region, Corporate)
Conduct workshops with Countries to animate the offers

Propose projects based on customer needs and business priorities
Define clearly the objectives of the project, the purpose and expected outcome (KPI’s)

Manage the complete delivery of the projects by working closely with the local teams, region and corporate (if applicable)
Responsible for the planning and execution of the overall project
Manage the overall coordination between project stakeholders by removing obstacles and facilitating productivity and commitment
Manage expectations by aligning business goals, stakeholders. Regularly communicate the project status, milestones and risks.
Change management: document the new business process and rules that may be impacted by the project
Deliver the project scope on time
Achieve project KPI
Lifecycle management & Performance monitoring
Handover the project to the country for independent management: build training kit, support process, handling issues, etc.
Regularly monitor the performance of the project in terms of technical and business.
Improve the offer constantly to keep up with latest trends
