Code932 has increased it’s online presence and it needs a good specialist to take over the job of making this company more visible in a professional way. So we are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, who creates and manages content for our users, clients and candidates. The ideal candidate should be passionate and have a strong knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketer will work with and support all the teams (of development, management, HR, QA and design) to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Objectives of this Role
Evaluate current content and marketing strategies and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Create digital marketing strategies that generate leads and brand awareness.
Keep the management up to date with the digital marketing results.
Evaluate and create content for all our online platforms.
Always have an overview of the marketing processes and improve them.
Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to promote projects and products to online customers.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign results on a daily basis (using Google Analytics and other tools), in accordance with company goals.
Manage Social Media Communication and create relevant content.
Write content for email marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain the organization’s website.
Edit and post videos to websites and social media platforms.
Collaborate with other departments (Design, Development, Management, HR and QA) to troubleshoot issues and optimize customer and user experience.
Keep pace with social media and digital marketing industry trends, insights and developments.
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
Attend IT, digital and networking events.
Work on printed materials for the company and the team.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in implementing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletters.
Proven experience in using Google Analytics and other tools to track results.
Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Prior experience in Social media management.
University studies in Marketing, Business or Communication.
Very good Romanian and English writing skills.
Good abilities in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Strong knowledge about SEO and Social media best practices.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Previous copywriting experience in English.
Paid advertising experience.
Knowledge of video editing.
