Customer support / customer success is primarily responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting our online selling partners on a global level. We start the on-boarding work the moment a restaurant decides they want to use our online ordering platform, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product.
As a customer success representative, you are responsible for working directly with customers to help them get started and grow in using GloriaFood.
We’re looking for someone:
Communicate efficiently and effectively with our restaurant members. We rely on a live chat tool and email helpdesk to do most of our support but you'll also be talking to customers on the phone every now and then. Own the customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how online ordering works and what online technologies are capable to bring in terms of sales to a local restaurant business. This is an ongoing improvement challenge: we’re part of a very dynamic industry so our product team moves fast.
