Romania-American Joint-venture company situated in Bucharest on Mihai Bravu Blvd., is looking for an experienced, hands-on customer service representative (CSR) with longevity in past jobs and excellent English language skills.
The candidate should have at least 4 years’ experience working with customers from English-speaking countries. The CSR will work in a team to provide superior customer service to our retailers and consumers in the USA and Australia, by phone, chat and email. The ideal candidate will have, excellent English fluency and writing skills, be industrious, conscientious, well organized, proactive, courteous, patient and a good team player.
Work hours are from PM to PM for 2 weeks then from PM to PM the next 2 weeks, alternating with colleagues to provide coverage of USA business hours. For Australia, the schedule iPM to AM
Experience: minimum of 4 years in customer service;
Longevity in previous jobs
Excellent customer service skills;
Great team-work and collaboration skills;
MS Office ( Word, Excel proficient) a must.
Familiarity with Customer Management Systems (preferably).
We prefer candidates who worked in medium-large companies performing similar customer service English speaking roles;
