The Customer Service Associate is responsible with administration and monitoring of export orders.
-be the interface between external customers and internal departments (within the factory) for ensuring all legal and operational conditions for export orders execution
-monitor documents’ flows and organize the transports (related to export) activities.
- University Degree;
- Experience in planning or logistics / distribution fields of minimum 2 years;
- Good communication skills;
- Very good planning and forward thinking/ anticipating abilities;
- Ability to analyze costs versus budget figures;
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes;
- Very good English language knowledge;
- MS Office (Excel – mandatory); knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
