Experience on a similar position, in the automotive field would be preferable;
Experience in dealing with complaints from clients - 8D, QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control);
Knowledge of Control Plan, FMEA, 5Why, Core Tools (an advantage);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Advanced level of English;
Availability for travel to delegations, in certain situations (10%);
Customer oriented and problem solving skills.
Manage the relation with the customer, explain to the customer the capacities of the production and inform the customer's requirements to Plant;
Ensure that production is informed about the customer's satisfaction level in real time;
Keep the client informed of all site actions and status of analyzes and negotiate customer delays to avoid escalation;
Fill in the 8D required reports in the client portal on time;
Initiate QRQC in the VIM database, participates in isolation and validation actions;
Represent customers within Valeo regarding quality issues (communication/escalation) and Valeo company at customer's location;
Visit the customer’s location about 10% of the working time;
Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
