As business development manager, you will be the pillar of an IT startup company offering IT services.
In this role you are expected to identify a customer pool for the IT services that our company provides, conclude contracts, and maintain a long term business relationship.
To make it a success, you have:
- Strong communication skills in English and ideally German (optional French )
- Assertiveness and presentation skills
- Experience in working with IT services

Our success is your success so depends on you how high your salary will be (5 to 10% of contract value).
The salary has fixed part and commission based part (based on the number of closed contracts).
There is a trial period of 3 months.
