Your day to day:
Perform business analysis across Technology Shared Service Centres centre, collating relevant information around Finance and HC data, working closely with data analyst in same team for operational metrics.
Consolidate business reporting and dashboards, validate consistency of financial and HC data. Critically validate data received for accuracy and consistency.
Run simulations under different scenarios and produce inputs to Manager of TSS OPC Business Management to provide recommendations on TSS course of actions.
