Reviews by your colleagues:

1. To what extent can you influence the direction of feature development and the product as a whole?

Gregor Geiermann (Backend Developer): We have a very open communication about the product, its features and development - embedded in a clear roadmap with milestones. This includes intra- and inter-departmental collaboration - no silos the team we have different focal points, but no strict code ownership - most code can be edited by everybody.

Niklas Opaska (Frontend Developer): Good Ideas can always become true at Userlike as long as they are backed by good arguments.

2. Name maxwords that describe Userlike´s development process.

Gregor Geiermann (Backend Developer): Focused, fast, pragmatic, agile

Niklas Opaska (Frontend Developer): Creative, Agile, High Quality, Challenging, Modern

3. How did Userlike´s development team compare to others you have experienced?

Gregor Geiermann (Backend Developer): Hard to compare for me since former teams were not product-driven. I had the luck to work with equally talented, communicative and nice people before, and still have. Learning new stuff and tricks on a regular basis…

Niklas Opaska (Frontend Developer): The development team at Userlike is one with the most talent I ever worked with. This makes it possible to achieve a lot even with a small team and improve together on a daily basis.

4. How challenging are the development tasks at Userlike?

Gregor Geiermann (Backend Developer): Tasks are from all levels - from maintaining and fixing existing modules to building software architecture for new milestones. Having a stable backend to having a cool and maintainable frontend. Ever-evolving CI infrastructure…. it’s not rocket science, but it’s definitely not boring!

Niklas Opaska (Frontend Developer): Mostly challenging and interesting. You will learn something new with every task.

left Userlike some time ago and decided to come back and join us again, why is that?

Niklas Opaska (Frontend Developer): Openness for Change, Independent Planing, Flexible Working hours, Educational Budget, Interesting Tasks, Opportunity to have a real Impact on the Product
