London, UK Architect at Clay Architecture Architect Gillingham, Kent, United Kingdom We are a small, dynamic, design-led, award-winning regional practice based in Gillingham, Kent with projects in Kent and in London ranging from schools to residential developments. We deliver highly workable and innovative design solutions to tight budgets and challenging briefs, and combine a flair for contemporary design with a passion for historic buildings. We are looking for a bright, self-motivated, talented and well organised architect ( minimum one year post Part-III) and/or architectural assistant ( minimum two years post Part-II) to join our team. You should: be confident, and be fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills have excellent design, drawing and presentation skills demonstrate excellent aptitude for construction detailing and for sorting out technical issues be able to integrate into our team environment be technically proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and SketchUp be eligible to work in the UK You will work within our small but dedicated team and be involved in a variety of projects in all stages from conception to completion. A valid driving license and access to a car will be useful for site visits. Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
