COUNTRY MANAGER
The position
By holding this position, you will be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail business, including sales, staff, stock, attracting new customers and concluding contracts, resources management as well as the quality of customer service in order to achieve commercial results.
Your other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain the stability and reputation of Nutro Garden product by complying with legal requirements
- To establish cooperation with customers, garden centers, manufacturers of the horticultural segment, to present Nutro Garden products.
- Enter into cooperation agreements with customers, discuss corporation terms.
- Plan the circulation of goods through warehouse and plan warehouse job, coordinate orders of goods with the company's production in Latvia.
- Participate in public and garden sector supply chain procurement and tenders
- Pricing policy development and coordination
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the trade sector, not less than 2-3 years, experience in the agricultural sector will be considered an advantage
- Experience in planning and coordinating company expenses
- Motivation to supplement and acquire new competencies
- Accuracy, ability to perform multiple tasks quickly
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs
- We will perceive a great sense of humor and a positive attitude as a big plus
